Sam began his career in 1984 as an attorney for the Legal Aid Society. As a public defender, he handled cases of every kind, litigating more than thirty cases to verdict and earning an 85% acquittal rate. Andrew Gable graduated from George Washington University Law School in 2000 with highest honors, Order of the Coif, and as a member of the Law Review. Since graduation, he has practiced in a large litigation firm, worked with legendary Chicago criminal defense lawyers Edward Genson and Marc Martin, and completed two master degree programs in Europe.
Andy assists Sam Gregory in all aspects of federal and state criminal representations. He recently second chaired a federal trial in the Eastern District of New York resulting in an acquittal on all counts where the client was charged with importing over $100,000 worth of heroin.
In addition, Andy handles arraignments, status conferences, plea entries, sentencings, administrative hearings, and proffer sessions for Sam. He has also written several successful federal briefs, motions, and sentencing memoranda.
